Erica Franken is the Director of Operations and a licensed Psychotherapist whose work centers on the individual experience within complex relational systems. With a professional background in conflict analysis and management, psychotherapy, somatic experiencing and post-secondary education, Erica brings a deeply human, trauma-informed lens to her work with individuals, teams, and organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis & Management and in Counselling Psychology, and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational capacity. Alongside her practice, Erica has served as Program Chair and a faculty member at post-secondary institutions, where she taught conflict resolution, communication, and reflective leadership.

Her orientation is integrative and facilitation-based, bridging wisdom and presence to foster emotional resilience, authentic communication and regulated nervous systems.
