Sara Lambert is a conflict resolution professional and workplace investigator. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Sara brings a unique combination of analytical expertise and interpersonal skill to her work. Her background includes extensive experience in audit and regulatory environments, where she developed a strong ability to assess complex situations, evaluate evidence, and produce clear, independent findings that meet professional and legal standards. Whether facilitating productive workplace conversations or conducting thorough and impartial workplace investigations, Sara brings a structured, professional process to every situation, while maintaining a compassionate and human-centred approach.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Qualified Mediator and a recognized Family Mediator in Saskatchewan. She has extensive training in mediation and has specialized training in high-conflict situations, trauma-informed practice, and child-centred family mediation. Sara also holds an Advanced Investigation Techniques Certification and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada and it’s Saskatchewan Affiliate, ADRSK.

Sara is passionate about empowering people to communicate effectively to make decisions together and preserve relationships. Her approach is rooted in the belief that effective conflict resolution starts with open communication and a willingness to understand different perspectives.
